ClassesGuru Private Limited having its registered office at Simei, Melville Park, Singapore-529947 (hereinafter referred to as " ClassesGuru", "we", "us", or " our") conducts online classes, live demo, doubt clearing sessions for the students seeking to enroll with us as per the details that are accessible at www.classesguru.com

Terms and Conditions

By using the site of ClassesGuru or the Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms, whether or not you become a registered user of the Services. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site and Services and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and ClassesGuru .The user further accepts to allow ClassesGuru Private Limited to reach them through call for providing existing services and for providing information on new products and services and will not be subject to DND regulations for such calls.

 

  1. Tuition Fees and Payment Policy upon Enrollment-

  1. The fee structure is as follows:
    • Tuition fees – payable monthly/ half-yearly/ annually.
    • No Registration fees
    • No material fee
  2. Tuition Fees must be paid before the commencement of the class.
  3. Payment of fees can be made via: (1) Bank transfer or (2) PayNow.
  4. All payment of fees is non-refundable.

(B) Free Trial Lesson

  1. New students have an option of a FREE trial class.
  2. Free trial class will be provided only once. Second trial class will be paid.

(C) Make-up Lesson Policy

  1. It is the responsibility of the student and/or parent/guardian to inform well in advance to ClassesGuru, if the child is to be absent for a session.
  2. Make-up lesson will be covered within 1 week of the missed lesson, for which parents will coordinate with the administrative staff for another time slot.
  3. There is strictly no pro-rating and refund of tuition fees.
  4. Under special circumstances if ClassesGuru cancels the session, the fees will be refunded in full for the cancelled session.

(D) Disclaimer

  1. ClassesGuru reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

  2. These terms and conditions, and the policies for payment, and the amount of the fees, may be varied by notice in writing to the student and/or parents/guardians of the student.

Usage of this site and our services imply that the user have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions stipulated above.
